Here at Sweet Campers we value our customers and are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website and subscribers to our newsletter/mailing lists. Rest assured we do not sell, rent or trade email lists with any other companies for marketing purposes. To assure you, our Privacy Policy gives you information on when and why we collect your personal information and how we use it.

Newsletter signup

As part of the registration process for our newsletter, we only collect your name and email address. We collect this either by you signing up online (via our website or social media profiles); in person at wedding fayres/events; or when you express interest in our products/services. We only use your information to tell you about holidays, proms or wedding stuff that you have either asked us to tell you about or that we think you might be interested in as a prospective client.

We use a few third party providers, (MailChimp, Benchmark & Zoho) to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our e-newsletters.

Purchases

When you purchase a product this is always done over the phone. We take your name, address, email, contact number and other relevant details pertaining to your order. These are all stored securely. Please be assured that we do not share any of your information with any other company.

Visitors To Our Website

When someone visits www.sweetcampers.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
